HOW TO GET TO CAMPO BASE?
By Car
From Los Cabos International Airport (SJD):
- Drive east towards San José del Cabo. 
- Take Highway 1 (Transpeninsular Highway) heading north toward La Ribera. 
- Turn right at the well-marked exit for Cabo Pulmo. 
- Follow the scenic road for approximately 10 miles until you reach our site. 
Travel Time: ~2 hours.
From La Paz:
- Take Highway 1 south toward San José del Cabo. 
- Turn left at the exit for Cabo Pulmo and follow the signs. 
- Enjoy the drive through the Baja countryside before arriving at the glamping site. 
Travel Time: ~2.5 hours.
By Private transfer
If you prefer not to drive, we can arrange a private transfer for you. Our trusted drivers will pick you up directly from the airport or your location and take you to the site comfortably. Contact us through reservations@campobase.com in advance to schedule your transfer
What should I pack for my stay?
We recommend bringing comfortable clothing, sturdy shoes for outdoor activities, sunscreen, insect repellent, a reusable water bottle, and personal toiletries. Eco-friendly items are encouraged to help us reduce waste.
Is there parking available at the site?
Yes, we provide secure parking for guests at no additional cost.

wHERE IS CABO PULMO LOCATED?
Cabo Pulmo is on the Baja California Peninsula in Mexico, within a protected marine park that’s part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Cabo Pulmo is known for its vibrant coral reef, pristine beaches, and abundant marine life. It’s a haven for eco-turism and outdoor adventures.
is there wi-fi or cell service at the site?
Wi-Fi provided by Starlink is available in most areas of the property, but we encourage guests to disconnect and enjoy the natural surroundings. Cell service may vary depending on your provider.
IS IT SAFE TO VISIT CABO PULMO?
Yes, Cabo Pulmo is a peaceful and safe destination. Our team is also on-site to assist with any needs during your stay.
BOOKINGS
HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?
You can book directly through our website or contact our team for personalized assistance at reservations@campobase.com. Availability is limited, so early reservations are recommended.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 30 days before stay will be eligible for full refund.
Cancellations made at least 15 days before arrival are eligible for a 50% refund.
We are unable to offer a refund if cancelling 15 days before your stay.
What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-ins or late check-outs may be available upon request.
Do you offer group bookings or private events?
Yes, out glamping is perfect for retreats, corporate events or special celebrations. Reach out to our team at reservations@campobase.com to customize your event.
Can I modify my booking after confirmation?
We’re happy to assist with changes to your reservation, subject to availability. Additional charges may apply for modifications made close to the arrival date.
ACCOMODATIONS
What amenities are included in the tents?
Our tents feature comfortable beds with fresh linens, solar-powered lighting, natural ventilation systems, and a fan for additional comfort. Bathrooms are shared and conveniently located near the tents, designed to blend sustainability with modern convenience.
Do the tents have air conditioning?
To maintain our commitment to sustainability, the tents do not have air conditioning. Instead, each tent is equipped with a fan and natural cooling systems to keep you comfortable while minimizing environmental impact.
Is the glamping site family-friendly?
Yes, families are welcome. We offer activities and accommodations suited for guests of all ages.
Are pets allowed?
To protect the local environment, only support animals are allowed at Campo Base.
